Privacy policy
What AgentsConnect stores, why, where, and for how long. Written in plain language; the short version is that the rep only ever works on your data, in your tenant, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Two kinds of data
Your data as a customer. Your name, company, email address, billing details held by Stripe, the settings of your account, and the messages between you and us.
Prospect data the rep gathers on your behalf. When your rep searches for companies and people to write to, it stores what it found: company names and websites, the names and job titles of people at those companies, work email addresses, public profile links, and the emails exchanged with them from your own account. This data is processed on your instructions and belongs to your tenant only.
Why we process it
- to run your rep: find prospects, draft and send emails from your own account after your approval, answer replies, book calls, and report to you;
- to bill you: Stripe processes your payment; we keep the customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers;
- to keep the service safe: logs of what the rep did and why, so you can check its work and so we can find faults;
- to answer you when you write to us.
Where it lives
The service runs on a dedicated server at Hetzner in Ashburn, Virginia, USA. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days. The rep itself runs on your own computer, inside browser sessions you signed into; your email password never leaves your machine and is never sent to us. An EU location is available on request.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, for payments.
- Google, when you book a call through the Google Calendar page embedded on this site, or when your rep uses your Google Calendar to create a booking page.
- Calendly, if you connect it.
- Telegram or WhatsApp, if you receive approvals there.
- Nobody else. We do not sell or share prospect data, and we do not use it for anyone but you.
How long
Your tenant’s data stays as long as your account exists and until you ask for its deletion. Backups roll over after 14 days. When a prospect asks not to be contacted, the address is suppressed everywhere you run the service and is kept only to honour that request.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, or object to its processing by writing to support@agentconnects.ai. People your rep wrote to have the same rights and can reply to any email to be removed; every cold email carries a plain opt-out line.
Cookies
See the cookies page. This site sets none of its own; the embedded booking calendar is served by Google.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes and customers are told by email.
