Terms of service

The service

AgentsConnect is an AI sales rep that runs on your own computer, finds prospects, drafts emails from your own email account, follows up, answers replies with the answers you gave it, books calls, and reports to you. A first cold email is sent only after your approval unless you switch that off. The rep uses only facts from the knowledge pack you confirmed.

Plans and payment

• Solo, Rep and Team are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. One month of Solo can also be paid once, with no renewal.
• You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your receipt or by writing to us. The current billing period runs to its end and is not refunded; nothing is charged after that.
• Prices are on the pricing page; a price change applies from your next billing period and is announced by email at least 14 days before.
• Plan limits, such as first emails per day and the number of mailboxes, are those shown on the pricing page for your plan.

What you need to provide

• a Windows computer that stays on during your working hours, with a browser signed into the email account you send from;
• a knowledge pack you confirm: who you are, what you offer, your terms, and a postal address, which the law requires in every commercial email;
• truthful facts. The rep only repeats what you confirmed; you are responsible for it being true.

What you must not do

• use the service for unlawful email, deceptive claims, or content that breaks the CAN-SPAM Act or the equivalent law where your prospects are;
• send to people who asked not to be contacted, or remove the opt-out line the rep adds to every cold email;
• use the service for cold SMS, cold calls, or scraping sites that forbid it; the rep does none of these, and neither may you through it;
• share your login, or let anyone else run the rep on your account.

Your accounts stay yours

The rep works inside your own email and calendar accounts on your own machine. Those accounts, their providers’ terms, and their reputation are yours. We never hold your passwords.

What we promise, and what we do not

We run the service with care, keep your tenant separate from every other customer, log what the rep does, and fix faults quickly. We do not promise replies, meetings or revenue: outreach depends on your offer, your market and your prospects. The service is provided as is, and our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Ending the agreement

You end it by cancelling. We may end it, with notice, if the service is used against these terms or against the law, and without notice if continuing would harm other customers or third parties. On ending, your data stays available for 30 days for export, then is deleted on request or at the next backup rollover.

The rest

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Disputes go to the courts of Bucharest unless the law gives you another forum. The operator is Daemonworks, Str. Rezervelor 43D, Chiajna, Romania, reachable at support@agentconnects.ai. When these terms change, the date at the top changes and customers are told by email 14 days before the change applies.
